Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Zippy Guide Associates to enhance borrower engagement and document collection
Manage the borrower-side pipeline, ensuring efficiency and timely condition fulfillment
Oversee daily call center operations, optimizing staffing and productivity for maximum output
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mortgage or consumer lending
2+ years managing a call center or borrower success team
Deep understanding of pipeline management and operational execution in regulated environments
NMLS licensed or willing to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire
Fluent in Spanish is preferred
