A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead its enterprise sales strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, implementing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track success and coach team members to achieve quotas
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring and retaining high-value enterprise clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams
Prior experience in healthcare or a high-growth, PE-backed environment preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems such as ConnectWise, Salesforce, or HubSpot
