Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT support services for a Navy program. This position provides leadership across technical teams delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and service desk operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for program leadership and contract reporting.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables to meet Navy requirements.
  • Coordinate technical teams (network, cybersecurity, service desk, SharePoint) and subcontractors.
  • Track performance metrics, staffing, risks, and budgets.
  • Lead program reviews, quality assurance, and compliance reporting.
  • Support transition planning, onboarding, and training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years project or program management experience on IT service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service delivery and federal contract operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DoD security clearance.
