A Front Desk Agent displays a high degree of organization and attention to guest needs. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the highest level of services possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner by following standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to guidelines and procedures. All of this should be done in a friendly and pleasant demeanor and in a prompt, courteous and respectful manner.

Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasksManage online and phone reservationsInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card dataRegister guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign roomsProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesRespond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional mannerLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needsConfirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guestsUpsell additional facilities and services, when appropriateMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsQualifications
