Location : Providence St Vincent Medical Center, Portland, OR

Position : Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Day Shift

At Providence St Vincent, we are proud to be a leading acute care medical center with robust programs in General, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Robotics, and Vascular services. Our surgical department boasts 27 operating rooms and a dedicated team of approximately 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports. Your Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Surgical Services Manager to lead our dynamic team. If you have exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to patient care, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a talented team of 143 staff members, including 7 direct reports.
  • Oversee the operations of 27 state-of-the-art operating rooms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and surgical outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in surgical procedures and patient safety.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Recent first-line management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • CNOR Certification.

    Pay Range : $64.19 - $101.34 (base pay range; additional compensation may be available)
