Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer servicePerform pre-trip and pre-operation inspections to ensure optimal performance and safetyTransfer loads to jobsitesRead and interpret load charts, blueprints, and lifting plans to determine appropriate lifting methods and proceduresCommunicate effectively with ground crew, signal persons, and other team members to coordinate lifting and placement tasksOperate crane to lift, maneuver, and place materials and equipment in designated locationTroubleshoot and address any issues or malfunctions with crane equipment promptly, reporting any issues immediatelyMaintain detailed records of crane operations, including load weights, lifting times, and maintenance activitiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications :
Proven experience operating cranesThorough knowledge of crane mechanics, load charts, and safety proceduresAbility to read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and lifting plansStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a teamExcellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detailValid Class A CDL LicenseMust be able to work in all outdoor weather conditionsCertification as a Mobile Crane Operator through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane OperatorsPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 pounds of materialMust be able to walk, bend, kneel, reach and climbAdditional Requirements :
