As a Host ( To Go) at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing the flow of the dining room, and ensuring guests are seated efficiently and courteously. Your role is essential in setting the tone for a GREAT guest experience.

Exemplify the Tommy’s Tavern and Tap / Tio’s Experience : Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both guests and team members.

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Manage waitlists and reservations using the restaurant’s seating system.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations.
• Answer phones and assist with takeout orders or general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Collaborate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth seating flow.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
