Description :

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a Medical / Surgical unit.

The position involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients.

Common diagnoses include pneumonia, cerebrovascular accidents, chest pain, postoperative recovery, electrolyte imbalances, and deep vein thrombosis.

The current patient load is a maximum of 18 patients, with plans to increase to 24.

Patient-to-nurse ratios are 6 : 1.

Available equipment includes bladder scanners and glucometers.

Electronic health records are managed using Medhost.

Candidates must possess the required certifications to work in Tennessee.

A professional dress code is expected; scrubs of any color are acceptable.

Casual wear is not permitted.

This role is essential for coverage during a leave of absence.
