Qualifications + Responsibilities :
- Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.
- Cover 10 - 24hr shifts per month
- May supervise advanced practice providers and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Build relationships with internal teams and community partners
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
