Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse\n

Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) – Critical Care\n

Shift : 12 Hour Nights (18 : 45 - 07 : 15)\n

Weekly Hours : 36 hours guaranteed\n

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n

Weekend Hours : As needed\n

Call Requirements : Yes\n

Float Requirements : Yes (float to other units as needed)\n

Patient Population : Adults (18+)\n

Unit Size : 16-bed ICU\n

Patient Ratio : 2 : 1\n

Electronic Health Record : Meditech\n

Dress Code : Royal Blue Scrubs\n

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1590-$1710\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arkansas or compact state\n

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience\n

Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)\n

Ability to float to other hospital units as required\n

Strong clinical skills in critical care, including IV pumps and ventilator management\n

Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities\n

Experience with Meditech EHR preferred\n

\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n \n

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a 16-bed ICU\n

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Meditech electronic health records\n

Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate ventilators and other critical care equipment\n

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n

Respond to medical emergencies and participate in rapid response situations\n

Float to other hospital units and participate in on-call rotations as needed\n

Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to patient and family care\n
