Key Responsibilities :

GL reconciliations, journal entries, and bank statement reviews

Month-end and year-end close support

Daily cash flow reporting and internal controls

Process optimization and continuous improvement

Ad hoc project work

No supervisory duties-just high-level ownership

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of hands-on accounting experience

Gritty, curious, and process-minded

Open to a strong Staff Accountant ready to take the next step into a Senior role

Bonus Points For :

Multi-site or multi-system experience

CPA or public accounting background
