Associate Director of Learning Development

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Commercial Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various departments to ensure training content aligns with product knowledge and customer needs

Assist in product launches by conducting needs analyses and developing strategic training plans and materials

Facilitate training sessions utilizing adult learning principles and assess training program efficacy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred

7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales management, or sales training

Experience in designing and managing effective sales leadership development programs

Strong clinical background with oncology experience required

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
