Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HVAC Field Sales Consultant located in Roswell, NM. The HVAC Field Sales Consultant is responsible for initiating and managing customer relationships and conducting field sales calls. The role involves visiting clients' homes and businesses, assessing HVAC needs, providing detailed cost estimates, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies and participating in ongoing training sessions. This role can be physically demanding at times, the perfect candidate will be able to spend a short amount of time in crawlspaces and attics as well as be on top of roofs and ladders. This job offers the potential of earnings well over $100,000.

Qualifications

• While experience in sales (especially HVAC, home services, or related industry) is preferred, we will consider interviewing quality individuals who are willing to train and work hard.
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong customer service mindset.
• Detail oriented.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (a plus, but training is provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., crawl through tight spaces, and comfort on a ladder is a must.
• Experience in Training and educating clients or team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Roswell, NM
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, college education is a plus
