A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Manager who will manage various functional staff and oversee the complete revenue cycle for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee professional development plans and ensure regular communication regarding team and company goals
Research and maintain compliance with billing industry standards while managing day-to-day team operations
Prepare reports and address client concerns to ensure goals are met and operational efficiency is maintained
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial medical claims billing and patient accounting
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
3-5 years of management experience in a hospital business office overseeing billing and patient access functions
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial billing, as well as Central Business Office (CBO) operations
Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain financial records and prepare reports
