Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts to drive customer engagement and renewal outcomes
Achieve financial targets and maintain a rolling forecast of territory performance
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for customer growth and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS
Experience in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting performance indicators
BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in deal negotiation cycles and contract management
Proven ability to support customer adoption and act as a change agent
