The Inside Sales Representative role exists to develop meaningful business relationships with new and existing clients through a combination of phone, digital, occasional in-person, channel partners, product demos, meetings, events, and community interactions.

Research new leads, referrals, industry insights, and Millenniums’ intranet channelsConduct Meetings advancing the ask, listen, solve, delivery proven sales processWeekly Expectations :
Complete designated circuit for the week, qualifying and generating leads, and 2 referralsIntroduce new prospects to CRM, replenishing the lost or disqualified prospectsIntroduce new investing client(s) weeklyMeasurable Expectations :
Prospecting phone calls >20 per day
Introduce >3 prospects to CRM
Create / Close Sales Opportunities and Strengthen Client Relationships
Daily Expectations :
Manage activity around open quotes / decisions, ask for sale, conditional close, take awayCollaborate with Sales Coordinator to fulfill client expectationsWeekly Expectations :
Travel when necessary for client visits, meetings, walk-in intros, events, and trainingsEngage with client and sales coordinator from initial prospecting to alternative solutions to fulfillment of ordered items to ensure a positive Millennium experienceIntroduce new contacts to Millennium Broadband Solutions' capabilitiesMonthly Expectations :
Initiate Quarterly Business Reviews with top 10 clients and prospectsAlign with marketing and digital media in messaging, client relationships, and appreciationMeasurable Expectations :
