Marketing Dept Undergraduate Research Assistant Phone Survey

The Department of Marketing at the Smeal College of Business is seeking undergraduate research assistants to support a phone-based customer feedback project. Research assistants will collaborate with graduate students and faculty researchers. Telephones will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct phone surveys with customers
• Record notes after each call
• Work either in an assigned office or remotely from a quiet location with a stable internet / phone connection
