Hospital Manager - Jacksonville, FL

Hidden Hills Animal Hospital in Jacksonville, FL is looking for an outstanding Full-Time Hospital Manager to join our team. Our small animal practice treats Canine, Feline, Avian, Pocket Pets, and other exotics. We are a multi-doctor practice with a long tenured support staff.

Responsibilities :

• Operational oversight of our hospital, including leadership of technicians and receptionists.
• Managing financial and business development of the practice, including budget management and key performance indicators.
• Overseeing client care to ensure client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.

Qualifications :

We are looking for candidates with a strong veterinary technician background, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills are essential, along with a grasp of daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll. Preference will be given to candidates with prior veterinary hospital management or leadership experience.

Hidden Hills AH is close to the beaches and the beautiful St Johns River. The area offers shopping and plenty of restaurants to enjoy, as well as various historical parks and trails. Jacksonville is known for its giant sports stadium, luxury shopping, and prime fishing. Many residents enjoy boating on weekends or visiting Savannah, GA for even more fun!
