Senior Administration Manager
The Senior Administration Manager is responsible for ensuring effective business operations, overseeing events, and providing executive administrative support. We are looking for someone who has expertise in people and project management and generalist skills and experience across the range of business operations functions. Ideal candidates are flexible, highly organized, and oriented to customer service. This position partners with the Administration Director in the areas of finance and budgeting; human resources (HR) and labor relations; compliance and risk management; information technology (IT); culture, collaboration, internal communications and change management; and board relations. Additionally, they directly supervise employees who are responsible for planning and executing internal and external events. This position also provides executive assistance to the Executive Director and the Administration Director. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is looking to make an impact in the health equity field.
This position is ideally based in Sacramento County, though consideration will also be given to candidates who live elsewhere in California. CPEHN maintains physical offices in Sacramento, Oakland, and Los Angeles and has a hybrid work policy (air travel required). CPEHN has a mandatory up-to-date COVID-19 vaccine policy.
Salary Range : $80,500 to $82,500

Compensation and Benefits :
