Automotive Service Technician

As an Automotive Service Technician at Parkside Kia in Knoxville, Tennessee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, requiring technical skills and strong attention to detail. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on a variety of Kia vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a full-time hourly position offering competitive compensation based on experience, certifications, and performance. Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Kia vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment
• Complete accurate and timely repairs based on dealership and manufacturer standards
• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate estimates for repairs
• Keep accurate records of all service and repair work performed
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
