Your role will involve building relationships with key decision makers, collaborating with technical experts to develop new offerings, and constantly bringing innovative solutions to clients. You will also be expected to share high-value solutions, recommend investment priorities, and coach your team to succeed professionally and personally. Additionally, you will work closely with vertical leadership to enhance Quest's value proposition and differentiators for current and future clients.

With over 20 years of industrial selling and consulting experience, including a strong track record in leading Consultative Selling assignments, the ideal candidate for the Strategic Business Leader position should possess knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense Vertical. They should have proven experience in winning large business deals, working creatively in problem-solving environments, authoring complex proposals, negotiating contracts, and contributing effectively in a global team-oriented setting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed for the role.
