The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, supporting, and improving the safety processes with Trillium Divisions and their clients. They assist with improving safety compliance internally and with field staff employees and supporting the divisional safety committees. The Safety Manager will oversee client site safety evaluations, risk evaluations, and will make recommendations as needed. In addition, they will coordinate accident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions and injury calls.

This is a full-time, remote position that will oversee operations located in the Midwest. The annual salary is $60-75k / year.

Qualifications -Previous experience with occupational health and safety responsibilities required -Diverse safety experience including, but not limited to general industry, transportation, and construction preferred. -Previous temporary staffing industry experience preferred.
