- What You'll Do :
- Lead daily rehab operations and support a collaborative, multi-discipline therapy team
- Provide patient care alongside your leadership responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and department goals
- Develop programs and ensure compliance and clinical excellence
- Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and referral partners
- What You'll Need :
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- WA PT license (or eligibility)
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
