Key Responsibilities

Performing thorough quality assurance testing on various IT assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and accurately documenting all findings.

Collaborating with the recycling and refurbishment teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems.

Maintaining detailed records of all tested equipment and ensuring compliance with quality control standards.

Safely handling and processing IT equipment, including data destruction.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in a quality control, testing, or a similar role, ideally within an IT or electronics environment.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday | 7AM - 1 : 30PM

$21.10 / hr.
