Gather and document business requirements, aligning with CDC, HIPAA, and state regulations. Write User stories, sprint planning and align with Agile methodologies for software development life cycle. Maintain environments to validate new and existing functionality for testing and troubleshooting. Perform routine tasks to test and deliver product updates. Own product backlog, prioritize features, and define user stories for scalable public health solutions. Develop process workflows, use cases, and reporting models to improve data accuracy and system efficiency. Integrate platforms with EHRs, registries, and public health databases for real-time tracking and reporting. Lead agile execution, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration for timely project delivery. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and data security in public health IT solutions. Spearhead Public Health Projects, focused on communicable / infectious disease management platforms. Improve budget adherence through accurate forecasting and financial tracking tools, ensuring that projects stay within their financial limits. Manage strategic modeling and technology implementation for public sector tools and SaaS-based diagnostic solutions.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. Must have 2 years experiences (or 2 years experience as Product Analyst or related occupation). Must have 2 years experience writing User stories, sprint planning and aligning with Agile methodologies for software development life cycle; Maintaining environments to validate new and existing functionality for testing and troubleshooting. Performing tasks to test and deliver product updates.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in ML Engineering (preferred) or Data Science. 5–6 years of experience in ML / AI engineering or data science roles. Strong Python programming skills. Solid knowledge of algorithms like KNN, SVM, Naive Bayes. Proven work with NLP, CNNs, LLMs, and deep learning architectures. Experience working with cloud platforms – AWS or Azure. Prior experience integrating chatbots or conversational AI in production. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs. Knowledge of model versioning, monitoring, or MLOps practices. Bonus : Open-source contributions or AI research experience.
