Position Overview

Brunswick is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role supports the development of visually compelling content across multiple channels such as digital, print, and event. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, digitally-first thinking designer with a strong eye for detail, a passion for brand consistency, and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.

Essential Functions

• Design creative assets for a wide range of channels including : email, web, social media, digital ads, brochures, signage, internal communications, presentations, booth graphics, promotional materials
• Develop design execution based on creative direction provided by senior creatives
• Collaborate closely with the creative partners and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful creative solutions
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all creative execution, ensuring consistency
• Organize and prepare design files for production and distribution
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, contributing creative ideas and perspectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

Working Conditions

The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $104,300.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
