CDL Class A Truck Driver

Position Overview :

• 3LL operates within New England, New York (5 Boroughs), and New Jersey.
• The candidate most qualified for this position will primarily be operating in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
• Experience driving in the 5 boroughs of NY and NJ is mandatory .
• TWIC card / STA clearance and experience delivering and picking up from JFK is a plus.
• Drivers will operate their own automatic.
• Freightliner sleepers each day and are expected to conduct daily pre / post-trips and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Take pride in a clean truck as it is your office!

Class A CDL Driver Job Responsibilities :

• Dependable – Time is money in the trucking industry, and customers expect shipments at specific times and will not accept late pickups / deliveries.
• No Passengers – Candidates will be driving the truck solo, no team driving, or passengers allowed.
• No-Touch Freight – Drivers are only required to pick-up and deliver the freight, absolutely no unloading is done by the driver.
• Hours of Service – Drivers are required to follow all DOT-FMCSA HoS rules and regulations and keep track of their daily logs using our Electronic Logging Device. (ELD)

Class A CDL Driver Requirements :

• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience.
• Truck GPS.
• Smartphone for the use of our ELD.

Job Type :

• Full Time / 1099.
• Paid Weekly - Potential to earn $1,750 + a week.
