About The Position

Position Description

  • Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple Saint Luke’s Health System locations in the Kansas City metro area.
  • The system includes :
  • 49-bed, Level IIIB NICU
  • 15-bed, Level IIIA NICU
  • One Level II NICU + Well-baby coverage
  • Saint Luke’s Hospital : Regional perinatal referral center with 460+ admissions annually, advanced ventilator support, and a collegial environment.
  • Family-Centered Care Initiatives :

  • Angel Eye secure monitoring system for families
  • Large individual suites for multiples and parents
  • Active involvement opportunities : QI initiatives, unit function, and education.

Requirements

Board Certified  Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – FNP, PNP, PA not accepted

Current APRN national specialty certification –  Required

Master’s Degree (minimum) – Required

Active Missouri License (or willingness to obtain) –  Required

DEA & CSR / CDS (must be obtained prior to start, no exemptions) –  Required
