Senior Director, Integrated Marketing
JCPenney is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of fully integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement, customer acquisition, and sales growth. This role will be responsible for setting campaign strategies, managing a team of integrated marketing managers, and ensuring seamless coordination between external agency partners and internal creative teams. The Sr. Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the way JCPenney shows up across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand strategy.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns in retail or consumer-facing industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex agency and partner relationships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.

Pay Range USD $152,500.00 - USD $253,750.00 / Yr.
