Summary :
The Senior Salesforce Developer builds end to end, high quality experiences across our Salesforce ecosystem, combining frontend Lightning Web Components (LWC) and backend Apex / integration expertise, to deliver a seamless, secure, and client centric digital experience for donors and partners. This role translates real client problems into simple, usable capabilities in Experience Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), integrating with core systems and leading with modern DevOps and testing practices. Success looks like rapid, reliable delivery that makes the most important donor tasks effortless, guided by Salesforce Well Architected principles (Trusted, Easy, Adaptable).

Qualifications (minimum of 5+ years) :
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with demonstrated delivery in LWC (frontend) and Apex / Integration (backend).
Proven Experience Cloud implementation for external users / portals; nonprofit or financial services experience a plus.
Track record implementing CI / CD (Salesforce DX, DevOps Center, GitHub / Azure DevOps) and automated testing.
Integration expertise (REST / Bulk APIs; middleware such as Boomi / MuleSoft preferred).
Applied knowledge of Salesforce Well Architected principles and modern Apex patterns.
Skills :
Problem solving : hypothesis driven, data informed, able to decompose ambiguous client problems into
simple deliverables.
Communication : clear written / verbal storytelling for technical and nontechnical audiences; facilitation
across Product, CX, UX, and Engineering.

Technical : LWC / JavaScript / HTML / CSS; Apex / Triggers; SOQL / SOSL; Flows; Platform Events; OAuth;

Certifications (preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) / Platform Developer II (preferred)
