Essential Job Functions

Performs minor maintenance and repairs to walkways, fountains, and other park structures involving carpentry, concrete finishing, and brickwork. May also be asked to :

• Repair and clean fountains
• Paint structures.
• Removal of graffiti.
• Installation of park signs, bollards, trash receptacles and other structures.
• Operate a variety of small to medium equipment.
• Operate a dump truck.
• Landscaping.
• Irrigation and plumbing maintenance and repairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years of experience in general carpentry, concrete finishing and brickwork; pool cleaning; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving history.

Work Location : 16 Interchange Court Work Hours : 7 am - 3 : 30 pm, Monday - Friday. Additional Requirements Background investigation, including supervised drug screen, post offer / pre-employment medical screen; and verification of education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment.
