About the Role
Join our Digital Technology team as a ServiceNow Lead Developer, where you'll design, develop, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and business impact-driving innovation, process improvement, and scalable digital transformation across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Lead ServiceNow development and implementations, including upgrades and new features.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
- Enhance ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities for efficiency and scalability.
- Drive automation, discovery, and integration using REST / SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Ensure platform stability, compliance, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation experience
Strong knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript
Hands-on experience with ITSM / ITOM
Bachelor's Degree
