The

Visual Merchandise Manager - Wholesale

is responsible for concept and execution of all channels (mainline, discount, clubs) of Lifestyle brand showrooms. Support Lifestyle DTC VM teams with floorsets and store training / directives in between market weeks.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with merchant, sales, and design teams to ensure seasonal showroom execution reflects

the relevant product stories and ideas.

  • Develop fresh, creative, brand appropriate showroom environments for each seasonal market.
  • Stay aware of industry trends and market competitors
  • Establish and maintain a current seasonal calendar to ensure timely execution of all showrooms in
  • time for executive walkthrus.

  • Partner with local HSQ team to ensure local presentations are consistently up to standard, including
  • regular store visits.

  • Outside of showroom execution, assist the DTC VM team with merchandising and document
  • production.

  • Work cross functionally with multiple departments on special projects and SIS updates.
  • Position Requirements :

  • Minimum of 4 years visual merchandising experience as a visual manager for multiple stores or within
  • a corporate environment.

  • Must have strong visual merchandising skills and be physically able to lift at least 25 lbs, climb ladders,
  • install marketing, and otherwise be hands-on in the showroom build process.

  • Must enjoy working in collaborative environment and be able to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi task and operate in a fast-paced environment, often working within tight timeframes.
  • Ability to easily adapt to changing business needs and be willing to work flexible hours during peak
  • seasons.

  • Proficient with Mac and a strong knowledge of Adobe Suite to create and produce marketing
  • elements a plus.

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.     Physical Requirements

    Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

    Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day

    Ability to reach at or below shoulder level

    Ability to carry equipment, move boxes / samples, etc.

    For Stores & Distribution Centers : Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
