We are working with a client that operates a fast-casual chain known across the country. They are seeking a Assistant Manager to join their leadership team and continue to uphold its reputation and quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the restaurant's daily operations to ensure guests are provided with an exceptional experience
• Assist with the recruitment of team members and provide leadership and guidance to staff, building and fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Promptly and efficiently resolving all customer inquiries in a friendly manner
• Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers
