Who This Role Works With
Close collaboration with Urgent Care Supervisors, Charge Nurses, and Plaza Managers to maintain quality, efficiency, and a culture of accountability. Serves as the primary point of contact for staffing issues, patient concerns, and facility operations.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple UCC locationsEvaluate staffing needs; build and adjust schedules to meet demandMonitor, track, and replenish patient care suppliesPartner with leadership to hit operational, clinical, and fiscal goalsLead administrative support for Charge Nurses and Plaza ManagersParticipate in rounding and champion patient-experience standardsEscalate and resolve operational challenges promptlyGrowth, Balance, and Support
