Job Details :

  • We are an established PCA / CFSS provider and are looking for a part time Qualified Professional / R.N. to supervise cares provided in our clients homes in Brainerd and the surrounding area.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse in Minnesota with a current license.
  • Flexible schedule with all time and milage reimbursed.
  • Must travel to clients homes and create care plans based on the counties assessment, all travel time is paid.
  • Must ensure workers understand and are able to perform the duties required.
  • This is a part time position with an average of 5 to 10 hrs per week.

Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 at least years old.
  • Must have RN license.
  • Must have some experience.
  • Have good work ethics.
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Must have current drivers license with good driving record.
  • Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
  • Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
  • Must successfully complete the online CFSS Q.P. Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
  • Must be fluent English with speaking, understanding, reading and writing.
