Participate as an active member of the Project Start Up Team to ensure Quality considerations and Design Quality have been implemented prior to new project start Support any new production specifications and requirements and train staff to ensure top quality (in specification) production and QA inspection Support shift change meetings and report site nonconformance's and assist in investigations as necessary Support the Management of Departmental staff and monitor data and productivity of staff, improving team's efficiency and effectiveness Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities driving Quality CI initiatives Perform batch record review and batch release as required Support leadership in ensuring all processes, programs and controls are intact and executed against to deliver top quality product to all Crescent customers Safeguard site Process Accuracy KPI to meet established targets Improve organizational efficiency and waste reduction Systematic Trainer : willing and able to develop People Process Oriented : able to follow structure where it exists and create (document) structure as needed Resilient : able to deal with the unexpected and not easily flustered Detail Oriented : organized and follows up to ensure Quality tasks to completion Work Ethic : task and big picture focused with a willingness to extend the extra effort Time Management : assess and understands priorities and executes with a sense of urgency Self-assured Communicator : clear and concise; balanced talker and listener Conflict Management : can effectively assert and manage conflict and confrontational situations. Position Summary
Crescent Quality Control Coordinator is responsible to ensure that Production / Operational processes meet / comply with applicable Safety, Quality, Regulatory & Customer standards in a Regulated cGMP Environment.
The Quality Coordinator will work with Cross Functional Leaders and staff to monitor cGMP compliance and perform routine quality inspection activities to ensure the manufacture of top-quality, conforming product (against customer specifications). The Quality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and mentoring Quality staff, supporting investigations for outages and nonconformance, and assisting any necessary corrective / preventative actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
