Job Description :

• The Business Proposal Writer supports the proposal development process from evaluation of opportunities and content development through delivery of high-quality, on-time responses.
• Research, write, and edit copy for sales communication materials focusing primarily on sales proposals.
• Establish a consistent tone and voice that resonates across all media and aligns with the KinderCare Learning Companies At Work brand identity.
• Interview subject matter experts on product and industry content and develop compelling content.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect feedback, revise, and iterate content to produce accurate, exceptional materials that differentiate our products and inspire readers to take action.
• Develop formal project plans, schedules, and facilitate cross-departmental meetings, driving internal timelines to ensure proposals are delivered on time.
• Set agenda and lead kick-off calls, stakeholder meetings, and executive review meetings.
• Evaluate wins / losses, attend proposal debriefs, and continually improve internal proposal development processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
