What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 and QS-9002 compliant quality systems
- Manages internal audits and drive corrective actions
- Oversee supplier quality and resolve customer concerns
- Track non-conforming materials and implement preventive actions
- Manage quality tools : SPC, FMEA, APQP, GDandT, control plans and measurement systems
- Support lean initiatives like Kaizen, JIT, DFMA, and value analysis
- Chair the safety committee and promote a culture of safety
- Lead gauge quoting and procurement for new products
- Prepare quality budgets and performance reports for leadership
