Key Responsibilities
Own CRM QA, platform maintenance, and execution of high-priority campaigns
Monitor marketing journeys to ensure operational health and resolve issues
Partner with lifecycle managers and data teams to build scalable customer journeys
Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience in B2C / DTC industries with marketing automation expertise
Experience with top-tier ESPs, preferably Braze
Background in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, banking) is a plus
Proficiency with SQL, Liquid templating, and conditional logic
Experience executing complex, multi-channel campaigns
