We are currently seeking  dedicated Behavior Technicians and RBTs (or those ready to train and become certified!)  to join our supportive, professional, and creative team.

What You’ll Do

• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by experienced BCBAs.
• Support clients with significant behavioral challenges while fostering skill development and independence.
• Gain hands-on experience and professional mentorship in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What We’re Looking For

A clean driving record with proof of insurance.

DOJ / Live Scan clearance (background check).

Physical ability to lift at least 20 lbs, bend, squat, and safely support clients during escalations.

Reliability, professionalism, and compassion for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Location :  In-home and community settings throughout the San Fernando Valley.

Schedule :  Flexible, based on client needs (afternoons / evenings common).

Job Type :  Full-time or Part-time.
