TidalHealth Peninsula Regional , located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking a well-rounded Board Eligible / Board Certified Urologist to make a difference in the community and join its brand-new practice! Join our group of over 300 providers in a growing physician-led, multi-specialty system.

W hat the right candidate will enjoy :

  • Call 1 : 8

  • Mix of 2 / 3 days in Clinic and OR
  • Be able to complete a variety of procedures.

  • Base salary range : $504,000 $635,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
  • Eligible for productivity and quality incentives

Key Qualifications :

  • MD / DO from an accredited medical school, with an active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Maryland or the ability to obtain before employment.
  • Board Certified in Urology
  • An active or unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain before employment.
  • Comfortable working in an inpatient and outpatient setting
