StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As soon as possible Weekday clinic 8-5 and weekend call Friday 7a-Monday 7a, must have weekday availability to be considered
• Practice Setting : Hospital
• Types of Cases : Gynecology Surgery is a plus, Acessa Procedure, Urodynamics, loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP), in office ultrasound, Non-Stress Testing, Genetic testing (CancerIQ)
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications Required : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified
• Licensure Required : Active Illinois license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC) Letter of Qualification

Compensation Information :

$1746.00 / Daily - $1890.00 / Daily
