IT Project Manager

A company is looking for a Sr IT Project Manager with expertise in Windows OS, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Infrastructure team to identify and prioritize server upgrades

Coordinating application testing with Claims teams to ensure functionality post-upgrade

Managing projects in ServiceNow, including resource planning and schedule oversight

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience

4-6+ years of experience in technical project / program management

Experience with Power BI and Windows OS upgrades

Proven success in managing multiple initiatives

PMP certification preferred
