Primary Care Physician

Compensation : Base Salary $215K $245K + Quality Incentive Bonus

We re seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing network of neighborhood clinics delivering high-quality, value-based care to Medicare patients. Our model emphasizes outcomes over volume empowering physicians to focus on preventive medicine, patient relationships, and long-term wellness. Supported by robust care teams and advanced technology, our providers can deliver the kind of care that makes a real difference.

Position Highlights

Care Team : Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker support

Onsite Resources : Lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD specialist consult access

EMR Systems : Canopy and Greenway

Model : Value-Based Health Care

Clinic Team : 3 5 providers per site (mix of MDs and NPs)

Community Engagement : On-site wellness programs exercise, yoga, dance, and social events

Patient Services : Complimentary transportation within 5 miles of the clinic
