Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and scale its engineering team in developing a robust technology platform for behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high-quality software for clinicians

Define technology strategy in collaboration with product teams, focusing on data and AI integration

Architect and build secure, scalable systems on AWS and oversee EHR integration strategies

Required Qualifications :

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership or architecture roles

Expertise in building scalable software on AWS using technologies such as Typescript, Python, C#, and React

Proven success in leading remote engineering teams in fast-paced environments

Experience implementing scalable CI / CD processes while ensuring system reliability and security
