Responsibilities
- Lead product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Drive experimentation and A / B testing to optimize the user journey and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities
- Develop and own growth metrics, creating data-driven strategies to achieve business goals
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Build and manage a quarterly growth roadmap aligned with company objectives
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on growth / conversion in B2B SaaSTrack record of delivering measurable business impact through product initiativesExperience with web-based enterprise tools and productsStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision makingBachelor's degree in relevant fieldPreferred Qualifications
Experience with growth frameworks and methodologiesBackground in enterprise software or scientific toolsAdvanced degree (MBA) or relevant certificationsExperience with user research and segmentationCompensation & Benefits
