Facilities Maintenance Field Tech (Night Tech) – 28 / hr – Temp to Perm

Location : Brentwood, PA (travel required to Brentwood, Greensburg, Harmar, McCandless)

Schedule : 3rd Shift, 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM | Saturday & Sunday + 3 consecutive nights (flexible midweek days off)

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Night Facilities Maintenance Field Tech to handle emergency calls, troubleshoot building systems, and perform general repairs across multiple sites. This role offers stability, independence, and the chance to transition into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the Night Engineer, responding to emergencies and troubleshooting issues

Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

Perform patching, painting, and general building upkeep

Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment adjustments

Keep accurate documentation and follow safety procedures

Support vendor oversight and ensure quality repair work

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

8–10 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance

Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting

EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred)

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Trade school training in HVAC or electrical a plus

Pay & Details

28 / hr

Temp to perm

Company vehicle and gas card provided

Travel required between assigned locations

Pay Details : 28.00 per hour
