Hours : 8-5 CST but flexible
Duration : 6 months-maybe more if needed
On-site Tuesdays and Wednesdays
This person will be helping with our Client's move from Denton to Plano. The individual will 1. Support office move (Scan RA documents). 2. Help data cleanup / migration to PIM. 3. Enter formulas for branded products.
Software use is Word, Excel, Oracle PLM, PMM.
Job description for Regulatory Affairs Consultant :
- Assists the Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs group with general office and administrative tasks
- Support office move by scanning paper documents to file and helping to clean out office spaces and storage
- Help with auditing and cleaning up systems data, including data migrating to new PIM system
- Enter product formulas and other data into Oracle PLM system
What we are looking for in a candidate :
Good admin skills (familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and good typing skills).Prefer a person having or in the process of pursuing a science degree.The person should be able to work on site on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to help scan documents.
