Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dough Maker. The Dough Maker will be responsible for preparing and mixing dough according to specific recipes, ensuring consistency in quality and texture. Daily tasks will include measuring ingredients, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role is located in Birmingham, AL and requires adherence to safety and hygiene standards at all times, as well as supporting the team during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in dough preparation and mixing
• Knowledge of ingredient measurements and culinary techniques
• Understanding of safety and hygiene practices in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a bakery or similar setting is a plus
